By accessing and using Nodal Retail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Nodal Retail is an AI-powered retail intelligence platform that unifies sales, traffic, and media data to optimize performance and drive operational efficiency. The Service includes analytics dashboards, AI-powered insights, data integrations, and automated reporting.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly recurring billing. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are displayed on our pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain all rights to your data. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you upload or connect to the Service. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload viruses or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without authorization; (e) use the Service to store or transmit data that infringes on third-party rights.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Nodal Retail and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of aggregated, anonymized insights derived from platform usage.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodal Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
