Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
Business Data: Sales data, traffic analytics, media performance data, and other retail metrics you upload or connect via integrations (Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including features used, queries made, and device information.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process subscription payments; (c) generate AI-powered insights and analytics; (d) communicate with you about your account; (e) improve and develop new features; (f) detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Multi-Tenant Isolation: Your data is siloed and never shared with other users. Each user's data is private and accessible only by the account owner and authorized team members.
Service Providers: We use third-party services (Stripe for payments, Google for analytics integrations, cloud hosting providers) that have access to limited data necessary to perform their functions. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure OAuth token storage, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens for third-party integrations are stored securely and never exposed to other users.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days. You may also export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.

When you use our AI-powered insights features, your data is processed by AI models to generate analytics and recommendations. We do not use your business data to train AI models for other customers. Your queries and generated insights are private to your account.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us for deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
